welcome. we'd like to introduce you to our mallows.
all of our mallows are made in small batches, by hand, specifically for your particular order or for our visits to the fremont sunday market. they do not sit and gather dust. each batch is given full attention and crafted uniquely. we do not churn them out via machine.
our mallows are made without any artificial ingredients, contain no high fructose corn syrup, and are made with organic raw cane sugar. each one is made with exceptional care and detail in their crafting, resulting in flavor profiles that reflect the time and effort that goes into each one. whether it's butterscotch being made by hand with all organic ingredients or the blending of our own peanut butter powder, each mallow is the product of craftsmanship, with a complexity and depth that you're certain to love.
a mallow is approximately 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" x 3/4" in height - a shape that is perfect for holding and enjoying in small bites...quite unlike the machine-extruded cylinders you're likely used to seeing. each four pack weighs approximately a quarter pound!
specialties are mallow flavors offered year-round. some are familiar flavors which you may find imitated elsewhere and which are almost always easily recognizable, enjoyable by all, and certain to satisfy your craving for a light, delicious treat. others, however, are combinations and flavor profiles suited to a more adventurous palate, and many are creations which we're proud to say are unique to mallow.
seasonals are, as the name implies, only offered for a very limited and specific time during the year. the flavors are evocative of the season and these mallows, in their creation and their flavor, tend to be quite complex. generally, only two are available during a given season and you can look forward to seeing varieties such as gingerbread, pumpkin pie, orange creamsicle, champagne, and pears with port wine.
